The Emiroğlu family's connection with cotton began in the 1960s. Our founder, Fevzi Emiroğlu, spent 30 years in cotton farming and ginning, supplying cotton fibers to spinning mills and seeds to oil companies.
In the 1990s, the Emiroğlu family entered the textile industry by establishing Arpaş Tekstil A.Ş. In 1994, they founded Zirve Tekstil A.Ş. and started open-end yarn production in 1996. Starting with 864 rotors, our company expanded to 11,088 rotors by 2018. In January 2018, we launched our Zirve Kahramanmaraş OSB facility, where we produce on a 35,000 m² area. Our facilities have a daily capacity of 60 tons, producing yarns from Ne 4/1 to Ne 40/1, including cotton and cotton/polyester blends.
In September 2024, we established our new combed compact ring facility in Türkoğlu OSB. This facility, consisting of 21,888 spindles, operates on an area of 35,000 m² with the latest Toyota RX300 machines. With a daily capacity of 15 tons, we produce yarns from cotton as well as blends of cotton with semi natural fibers such as tencel, and modal. providing a range of yarn counts from Ne 24/1 to Ne 60/1.
