Zirve Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. continues its production activities with an Open End facility (Kahramanmaraş OSB) in a 35,000 m² closed area in Kahramanmaraş and a combed compact ring facility (Türkoğlu OSB), which was opened in September 2024 in another 35,000 m² closed area.
Our company produces Open End yarns from Ne 4/1 to Ne 40/1 and combed compact ring yarns from Ne 24/1 to Ne 60/1:

Our facilities are Inditex approved, maintaining a Class B rating in the social audit conducted in October 2023. Zirve Tekstil operates with modern machinery and holds certifications such as Cotton USA, BCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, REGENAGRI, and OEKO-TEX, emphasizing quality standards.
With a total capacity of 11,088 rotors and 21,888 spindles, we achieve a daily production of 75 tons. Our products are supplied to both domestic and international markets, with primary export destinations including the European Union, North Africa, and other regions.
Zirve Kahramanmaraş OSB Facility
The Zirve Kahramanmaraş OSB Facility has been operational since 2018. Production is carried out with a focus on raw material diversity and high quality. Incoming raw materials are classified using a single bale control system and HVI test devices. Blending, drawing, and mixing processes are performed with Trützschler Blendomat and Trützschler MX-U10 machines. Coarse particles and foreign substances are removed using Trützschler CL-P and SP-MF machines. The blends are further cleaned of colored, foreign, and polypropylene materials using Trützschler TS-T5 machines.
The blended material undergoes drafting with Rieter SB-D50 and RSB-D50 machines, and yarn is produced with Schlafhorst ACO-9 Multilot 3 Open End machines. In the final stage, quality control processes are carried out with Uster Tensorapid 5 devices, and yarns are fixed and palletized using Xorella machines.
Zirve Türkoğlu OSB Combed Compact Ring Facility
The Türkoğlu OSB Combed Compact Ring Facility became operational in September 2024. This facility uses state-of-the-art machinery to ensure high quality. Incoming raw materials are classified using a single bale control system and HVI test devices. Blending is performed with Trützschler Blendomat and Trützschler MX-U10 machines, while coarse particles and foreign substances are removed using Trützschler CL-P and SP-MF machines. The blends are further cleaned using the double T-SCAN TS-T5 Trützschler machine, which is unique to this facility. The carding process is performed with the TC 19i machine, followed by initial drawing with the TD 9T machine. The sliver lap process is carried out with the TSL 12 machine, and combing is performed with the TCO 21 machine. The second drawing process is conducted with the TD 10 drawing machine, while roving is produced with the Toyota FL 200 roving machine. The ring spinning process is done with Toyota RX 300 machines, and winding is completed with Murata FPRO-EX winding machines, which are equipped with Uster Quantum 4 quality control systems. The final product is fixed with a Xorella machine and palletized for shipment.
Laboratory and Quality Control
In the Zirve Tekstil laboratory, Uster Tester 6, Tensorapid 5, HVI 1000, AFIS PRO 2, and Autosorter 6 devices are used to ensure the highest quality standards.
This advanced machinery and laboratory equipment enable the Türkoğlu OSB Facility to achieve superior efficiency and quality in the production of high-quality combed compact ring yarns.
